WHY " POLÉMIA " ?

Because in a world plagued by chaos and more and more overshadowed by the clash between civilizations, one should be courageous enough to discern the fights to come in order to prevent them better.

Because fighting is an integral part of life. Such an obvious fact was affirmed by the pre-Socratics and has impregnated the European thinking, until Nietzsche, Hegel and Marx. Faced with the times of confusion which are marking the end of Modernity, a fruitful study of opposite opinions should be restored.

"Conflict is the father of all beings,
the king of all beings.
To some of them it gave the shape of gods,
to others that of men.
Some it made slaves,
others free men."

Héraclite
(Fragment 53)
